IVR (Interactive Voice Response) - IVR is the entrance to our system, here we welcome your customers through automatic voice menus. We offer an automated interpreter connect option to customers who like to by-pass our call center operators and go directly to the interpreter. This system interacts with the customer, automates calls and improves assistance by reducing contact costs.

CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) - CTI allows the interaction between the TELELANGUAGE central switchboard, the IVR and the coordinators' platform; it takes the data collected by IVR and intelligently assigns calls to the interpreter coordinator who is qualified to help this customer.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Our custom designed CRM platform interacts with a customer's data base, records transactions and keeps a record of them. CRM allows us to generate reports on many contact levels as well as multiple customer driven parameters.
